Recently heard about Heap which seems pretty cool, but I’m not sure if it would really be valuable, or simply another tool that I need to check. We are not at the point of using HubSpot/Marketo yet so Heap’s free plan could be a useful stopgap tool.
Do you use Heap? If so, what do you think?
If not, what analytics tool do you use and what are the pros/cons?

No doubt, Google Analytics is regarded as the best site metrics analyzer out there. Although other analytics sites might be better in some ways, but Google is still the overall best.
The only reason I use other analytics (Statscounter and Clicky) is because they are light-weight and don’t consume much of my data and they can load well on ANY kind of device including J2ME (Java buttoned) phones. But still, for accuracy, I’ll go with Google Analytics. Plus, every big business and Ads / Media companies recognises and respect Google Analytics.
